91% Win Rate! | A BEAST 4-3-1-2 Tactic! | FM24 TACTICS | FOOTBALL MANAGER 2024

In this video, I have created a tactic for Football Manager 2024 that is inspired by the playing style of Red Bull Salzburg. The tactic has been designed by analysing what RB Salzburg does well in real life and then implementing that into a 4312 formation in the game. We have analysed the team instructions that are used in the tactic, which have contributed to a 91% win rate. The tactic has been tested with RB Salzburg and RB Leipzig.

At the end of the video, we played a game vs Udinese away from home.
