This #FM23 tactic idea is inventive as I look to evolve Football Manager tactics. Looking to get the best out of both Technical and Physical football. We look to mix positional play with functional play, create different shapes in possession BUT defend in a 442 (or 424). We easily broke down mid to low blocks, using man-to-man marking and creating complete mayhem in the final 3rd.
