Feeling a bit nervous about diving into tactics on Football Manager? Don't worry, you're not alone! But let me tell you, it's where the real magic of the game happens. In today's video, we're creating a 4-3-3 tactic, going in-depth and using the match engine to guide me through tweaking the tactic to make it perfect. It was inspired by Marcelo Bielsa - but not every team can play with Bielsa's intensity - especially not Kaiserslautern in the 2nd Bundesliga, predicted to finish 9th.

This is where the Match Engine comes into play, to get an understanding of how certain roles and team instructions work to allow us to tweak and make a perfect system at Kaiserslautern.
